Located under beautiful oak and hickory trees down to the lake and dock with ladders and a dog ramp. This home has "DEEP WATER" all year long Dec - March and the dock can accommodate your boat.  Slight decline from home down to the water.

    Dancing Bream is only minutes to the middle of Hiawassee off hwy 288.  Access to this home is very easy, the road is entirely paved and all roads are flat. 

  This ranch home is located on a point near a cove so you may see fish jumping or ducks swimming by. Town is less than 10 minutes away.
